With continuous concerns regarding the COVID-19 and preventative measures in place in Ottawa and the National Capital Region (NCR), we decided to close our physical workplace.
The Government of Canada has ask that federal employees work from home to prevent further spread of the COVID-19. As a result, it will be impossible to receive documents sent by mail or fax until further notice.
However, we are continuing our operations and maintaining our commitment to meet our service standards to the extent possible. We will respond to all inquiries by telephone or email (see below) and will process all disclosures of wrongdoing and complaints of reprisal submitted via our online forms.
