Case Studies

The following case summaries provide information on the Integrity Commissioner's decisions on disclosures of wrongdoing and complaints of reprisals made to the Office under the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act (the Act). As part of the case analysis process, all analyses and recommendations are reviewed and signed off by the Manager of Case Analysis, the Director of Operations and Legal Services before being submitted to the Commissioner for decision.

Mr. Chair, I would like to address as a matter of priority, my absence at your meeting of March 12, and my serious concern that there may be any thought that I disregarded your request that I appear or that I was in any way under the impression that I had the choice of whether to appear or not.
